About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced partnerships specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will drive improved performance and capability within the motor partnership business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier performance during the contract lifecycle
  • Work with suppliers to improve key areas of cost, quality, timeliness, and member experience
  • Capture and record data to support sustainability and performance of partner network
  • Participate in process development and system implementation that shapes workflows and performance
  • Use supplier performance framework to ensure best outcomes from suppliers
  • Follow group procurement guidelines and policies for adequate controls on supplier and contract management
  • Create contracts from legal templates and negotiate terms as required
  • Identify and assess risks that could prevent achievement of strategies and plan risk mitigating procedures

About You:

The ideal candidate will have refined interpersonal skills to build strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • A trade qualification or certificate in a relevant study area
  • A solid understanding of financial and commercial processes
  • Excellent communication and people skills with a strong customer focus
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of relevant legislations
