**Motor Partnerships Specialist**
Due to partnerships growth, we are currently looking to recruit a Motor Partnerships Specialists to join our Motor Claims & Assessing department on a full-time permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to drive improved performance and capability within the motor partnership business to provide strategic development and contract management framework to the Insurance business. The role is to manage and strengthen the supplier performance during the contract lifecycle to ensure compliance with the contracted SLR's, services and commercial outcomes.
**Your key responsibilities include**:
- Work within the governance framework, processes, and tools to help drive insights and actions to support improved partner performance
- Work with a portfolio of suppliers across the motor claims network to improve performance in the key areas of cost, quality, timeliness, and member experience
- Capture, validate and record data and information to support and drive sustainability and performance of the RACQ partner network
- Participate in the development of processes and systems that shape the day-to-day workflows and performance of suppliers within Insurance.
- Use supplier performance framework to ensure RACQ gets the best outcomes from its suppliers
- Follow the group procurement guidelines and policies to ensure adequate controls are in place for supplier and contract management, including the due diligence requirements throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Create contracts from a legal approved template once a vendor has been selected and negotiate the terms as required (in conjunction with Corporate Legal).
- Identify and assess the risks that could prevent RACQ from achieving its strategies. Plan and execute risk mitigating procedures on a regular basis, report and discuss the results of risk management preformed
**About you**
A partnerships specialist must have refined interpersonal skills; you must be able to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. You will work with the operational teams to ensure the RACQ member experience remains ahead of the competitors. Further to this, you must have:
- A trade qualification with technical understanding, or certificate in relevant study area
- A solid understanding of financial and commercial processes
- Excellent communication skills and people skills with a strong customer focus, promoting "value-add" initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of relevant legislations
