Job Title:

Motor Technical Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Motor Technical Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, ensuring assessors are fully trained and equipped to deliver accurate, cost-effective, and customer-focused assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical training programs for assessors, utilizing industry knowledge with a focus on consistent application of repair methods and core assessing skills.
  • Uplift capability across the assessing workforce to ensure accurate, timely outcomes in motor assessing.
  • Provide ongoing training support at various locations or on-road, ensuring all assessors have access to the training they need to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification in Panel Beating/Spray Painting is essential.
  • Certificate IV in Vehicle Loss Assessing is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with Google Workspace or similar platforms is required.
  • Computer literate with estimating platforms or AudaNet is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills are necessary.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships is essential.
