As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities include participating in project activities, such as improving employee engagement, succession planning, and corporate projects. You will also provide HR advice to line and functional leaders on ethical and legislative compliance, performance management, compensation, and HR systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or Commercial, or equivalent industry experience working within a heavy industrial environment.
  • Substantial experience working within a Human Resources or Employee Relations setting, ideally with knowledge and exposure to legislative compliance, performance management, compensation, and HR systems.
