About the Role: This is a key position within our organisation, responsible for leading and managing human resources and quality assurance functions.
The successful candidate will be accountable for contributing to the delivery of high-quality community services through effective people management, continuous improvement, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
About You: To succeed in this position, you will require:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
- A minimum 3-5 years' experience in HR and Quality management including employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, offboarding);
- Proven experience in risk, safety, and compliance management preferably within a community sector setting; and
- Experience in quality assurance systems, including policy development, audits, and continuous improvement frameworks.
