Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive human resource management services to all staff.

The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement and innovation, maximising opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including deployment, selection, and appointment procedures.
  • Assist with leave management, staff timetabling, and rostering processes.
  • Develop strategic human resources solutions for workforce planning, attraction, and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa with relevant work rights.
  • A valid Working With Children Check and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly developed organisational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Selection Criteria
  1. Demonstrated ability to provide effective support and input into human resource systems and processes.
  2. Sound written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with staff.
  3. Sound knowledge and skills in human resource management, including research, planning, and recruitment practices.
  4. Conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement appropriate strategies.
