Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for implementing and delivering employee relations, behaviour mentoring, and management coaching initiatives.
  • Key areas of focus include participating in projects to enhance employee engagement, succession planning, and corporate projects.
  • You will also provide HR support and guidance to line and functional leaders on compliance, performance management, compensation, and HR systems.
  • Ongoing review and implementation of standards and processes, policy review, and change management are essential aspects of this role.
  • You will be required to develop recommendations on policy and process improvements to maintain best practice.
  • Maintaining expert-level knowledge of current and proposed legislation and changes is crucial.
  • In addition, you will advise, coach, and assist senior management on employee relations matters, developing and providing training to all levels of the organisation.
