Global Marketing Coordinator

The role of Marketing Assistant is to coordinate global campaigns, execute competitions, in-store events, PR support and asset management.
This position involves planning and executing global marketing campaign activity, including campaign ideation, briefing in online and in-store assets, artwork approval and communication campaigns to retail teams.
Key responsibilities include managing charity partnerships, activities, asset creation and reporting, supporting PR campaigns with product ordering, packing and mailouts, monitoring and responding to customers and fans across global marketing and customer service inboxes, executing and fulfilling fan competitions across both retail and online, and providing weekly, monthly and seasonal reports.
Requirements- Tertiary qualification in a marketing-related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Passion for the audience, brand and product range.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
