And now, we are looking for a creative, and detail-oriented Marketing & Media Coordinator to join the Forbes Global Properties team. This role offers an opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand, collaborating with some of Australia's record-breaking agents, representing some of the finest luxury properties in Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland.

The day-to-day:

• Property marketing campaigns are our core - assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for luxury property listings across Australia, and work collaboratively with our in-house international marketing division.
• Our brand is hero – ensuring brand consistency across all channels so that our content aligns with the Forbes Global Properties look and feel. This includes coordinating and creating collateral such as brochures, social media, eDMs and print ads.
• Our team are hand-selected - be a key liaison with our photographers, videographers, copywriters, and graphic designers - to ensure assets are on-brand, and on-time.
• We're a media-based business – cultivate relationships to maximise PR and editorial opportunities for our listings, including leveraging our international Forbes Global Properties team and Forbes media.
• Results are key - monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Success starts with good planning – creating marketing schedules, maintaining marketing databases, CRM tools, and content calendars.
• Stay inspired - research industry and luxury lifestyle trends as well as global activity to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Eagerness to understand the wider business – as a small team, we take pride in being across all facets of the business including administration and sales activity.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related, preferred but not essential
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in real estate or luxury lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Understanding in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, and other marketing tools (such as Campaign Monitor, or equivalent) is preferred
