This is a full-time, permanent position that requires strong leadership skills, knowledge of early childhood education, and the ability to collaborate with educators to enhance educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change and champion practice uplift and excellence in our centres
  • Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs
  • Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Work closely with centre leadership teams to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
