Honour Early Learning is seeking a dedicated and experienced 2IC/Educational Leader to join our vibrant and committed team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the educational experiences of young children while supporting a team of educators to provide high-quality care.

Your Role:
As the Assistant Director /Educational Leader, you will work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure the implementation of high-quality educational programs that reflect the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework. You will provide leadership to our team of educators, encouraging professional development and maintaining a culture of collaboration and respect.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring a team of educators to deliver engaging, inclusive, and challenging programs for all children in our care.
Assisting the Centre Manager with daily tasks and responsibilities
Supporting parent inquiries and conducting tours
Supporting the development, implementation, and review of educational programs based on the EYLF and NQF requirements.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and the community.
Overseeing the planning, assessment, and evaluation of children's learning outcomes.
Contributing to the development of a reflective and inclusive team culture that adheres to ACECQA's regulations.
Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, health and safety standards, and center policies.
Promoting and modelling best practice in early childhood education.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and working in partnership with the Centre Manager to support continuous improvement in line with NQS and ACECQA's guidelines.
About You:
We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled assistant director educational leader who can demonstrate:
A minimum of a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
Someone with full availability to work 5 days a week.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Assistant Director.
Strong understanding of ACECQA's regulatory requirements, the National Quality Framework, and the Early Years Learning Framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, children, and families.
A passion for mentoring and supporting a team of educators to reach their full potential.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
A commitment to ensuring a safe and supportive environment for both children and staff.
