Job Description

As a Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including administration, health and safety, compliance, and staff development. You will drive occupancy and exceed targets while delivering exceptional care to families.

You will foster a culture of growth and development, empowering your team to reach their full potential. This includes ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements, managing staff rosters and ratios, and maintaining strong supervision.

Your role requires building and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff to create a thriving and supportive community.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a centre
  • Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education leadership role
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one
  • Current Qld Blue Card
  • Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children
