Job Title: Educational Centre Leader

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Educational Centre Leader to join our team. As an Educational Centre Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and support staff to deliver exceptional care and education to children.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing the day-to-day operations of an educational centre, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, company policies, and procedures.

You will provide leadership and guidance to all staff, ensuring quality early learning programs are delivered by a passionate team of educators. Additionally, you will manage staffing rosters efficiently and effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre.

To be successful in this role, you will need to build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, children, and the local business community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre
  • Provide leadership and guidance to all staff
  • Ensure quality early learning programs are delivered
  • Manage staffing rosters efficiently
  • Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree as approved by ACECQA
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Educational Centre Director in an early childhood setting
  • Current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
