About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Amazon Private Brands (APB) Global Sourcing office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive global product launch speed and post-launch business growth efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute long-term strategies to improve product launch and growth productivity
  2. Build and implement mechanisms to support fast business growth and evaluate product launch efficiencies
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and delivery
  4. Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing direction and guidance to team members
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders, including senior leadership and functional teams
Requirements
  1. 7+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  3. Proven track record of owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
  4. Experience with end-to-end product delivery and feature delivery
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to diagnose process improvement opportunities
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
