Senior Program Manager - Utility Industry

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex delivery within our Asset Heavy environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving corporate strategy definition and execution, as well as business model and operating model changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex program delivery within our Asset Heavy environment
  • Drive corporate strategy definition and execution
  • Develop and implement business model and operating model changes
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and vendor partnerships
  • Ensure delivery of multiple complex program streams

Requirements:

  • Recent direct industry experience within Water or Energy/Utility as a senior Program Manager
  • Exceptional stakeholder management experience at all levels of stakeholder engagements
  • Demonstrated career progression from senior project management to program management
  • Recent delivery of multiple complex program streams managing large numbers of business units, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Familiarity with Asset Management systems and/or Geographic Information Systems/Spatial Systems delivery
  • Detailed corporate strategy, program delivery, and change management experience
  • End-to-end technical business case writing, scoping, and presentation of business cases and prototypes to senior management
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering projects within a Hybrid (Agile and Waterfall) environment
  • Demonstrated stakeholder and vendor management within a complex and large multi-business units environment
  • Experience/practitioner with ideally Prince 2 or PMP
