About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Capital Markets team at FIS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of large and complex customer projects and internal change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and set goals for programs aligned with the strategic objectives of the business, planning programs from start to completion.
  • Ensure alignment of product delivery programs, implementation projects, and support teams.
  • Maintain effective dialogue with clients and FIS leadership.
  • Formulate, organize, and monitor multiple large projects.
  • Oversight of delivery strategy, project governance, and commercial oversight.
  • Leading and evaluating Project Managers and other staff.
  • Strict control and management of deadlines, budgets, and activities.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience as a Senior Program Manager, managing complex high-value programs.
  • Previous experience in Capital Markets/Financial Services, with knowledge of Treasury Products an advantage.
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
  • Ability to relate well to C Suite clients and negotiation skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS office and program management software.
  • First-class presentation skills.
