This is a Senior Technical Program Manager role at Canva, a leading company in Australia. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving large programs of work and ensuring clear visibility around all team activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to define and deliver key business outcomes.
  • Support team and group leadership in driving goal planning and delivery practices.
  • Ensure clear visibility around all team activities and provide program or project management to support large cross-team goals.
  • Drive core delivery practices across teams to ensure they are operationally set up to scale and are running at optimal velocity.
  • Build partnerships with cross-functional teams to influence decisions and drive alignment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years TPM experience at a SaaS company with hands-on experience in driving large programs of work.
  • Motivated to provide an inclusive and psychologically safe environment for the team.
  • Knowledgeable in technical concepts and able to apply them to technical spaces.
  • Experience leading and influencing Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver key company strategic initiatives.
