Program Management Role

At FIS Australia, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex projects and internal change initiatives within our Capital Markets segment. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for initiating and setting goals for programs, planning from start to completion, and ensuring alignment across product delivery, implementations, and support teams. Your strong project management skills, commercial acumen, and ability to influence outcomes will be key to driving business success.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global Fortune 500 Fintech and make your mark on significant multi-million dollar projects. You will work closely with Capital Markets stakeholders, maintain effective dialogue with clients, and oversee the formulation, organisation, and monitoring of multiple large projects. Your ability to relate well to C Suite clients and negotiate outcomes will be essential in this role.

What You Will Bring

  • Substantial experience as a Senior Program Manager, having managed complex, high-value programs
  • Previous experience in Capital Markets/Financial Services, with knowledge of Treasury Products an advantage
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Ability to relate well to C Suite clients, negotiation skills, and ability to influence outcomes
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and program management software (MS Project etc.)
  • First-class presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel when necessary
