The Australian Government Department of Defence seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Intelligence Assessment Analyst to join the Headquarters Joint Operations Command (HQJOC).
- Mentor junior analysts in all-source intelligence analysis, providing guidance on complex problem sets with long lead times.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality assessments to senior Defence decision-makers at operational and strategic levels.
- Perform thorough analysis of information and cyber domains, identifying key components, criticalities, and vulnerabilities.
- Briefing and presentation skills are essential for this role, as you will be required to communicate complex findings to senior stakeholders.
This position requires a deep understanding of intelligence gathering and analysis, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong analytical mindset, be able to work independently, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
