Front Office Team Member

We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to provide exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the success of our front office team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, handling guest requests efficiently, and maintaining accurate records.
- Key qualifications include:
- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and hotel management systems
- Availability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Provide excellent customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout guests' stays
- Assist guests with luggage and other porterage duties
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts on departure
- Promote hotel facilities through strong product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques
