Job Title: Hospitality Professional

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the hospitality industry? Do you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service?

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front Office All Rounder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask and possess a strong work ethic.

As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and for the duration of our guests' stays.
  • Assisting guests with luggage and other porterage duties.
  • Maintaining accuracy of guest accounts on departure.
  • Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service experience, preferably working within a hotel front office.
  • Competent computer user (experience with Microsoft Suite and Opera PMS or Opera Cloud ideal).
  • Availability to work varied shifts from early mornings, late evenings and overnight, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Unlimited work rights in Australia.
