As a key liaison, you will serve as the primary interface between our trading team and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management. Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Act as the dedicated account manager for clients utilizing our services, ensuring clear and consistent communication between teams.
  • Relationship Building: Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders, including senior directors and heads of departments, facilitating the translation of client requirements into actionable strategies.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact regarding key accounts, addressing all client requests, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with the trading team to ensure timely and successful delivery of campaigns, overseeing campaign progress and ensuring it meets client objectives.
  • Expectation Alignment: Manage and align internal expectations with client needs, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates and performance reports to stakeholders, delivering actionable insights that contribute to campaign optimization.
