
Strategic Account Manager

As a key liaison, you will serve as the primary interface between our trading team and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, project coordination abilities, and strategic thinking to manage expectations, align objectives, and drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Account Management: Act as the dedicated account manager for clients utilizing our services, ensuring clear and consistent communication between teams.
- Relationship Building: Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders, including senior directors and heads of departments, facilitating the translation of client requirements into actionable strategies.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact regarding key accounts, addressing all client requests, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with the trading team to ensure timely and successful delivery of campaigns, overseeing campaign progress and ensuring it meets client objectives.
- Expectation Alignment: Manage and align internal expectations with client needs, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates and performance reports to stakeholders, delivering actionable insights that contribute to campaign optimization.
