You'll step into a full-time role managing a medium-sized portfolio of SME and commercial clients with the flexibility to shape the role around your experience.
Whether you've got two years under your belt or two decades, if you know your stuff and care about your clients, this is a place where you'll be backed, valued, and trusted, all while living in one of the most sought-after coastal locations in Australia.
What you'll be doing- Manage a portfolio of SME and commercial clients, primarily across Business and Public Liability
- Handle renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day servicing
- Deliver tailored, strategic insurance advice to a diverse client base
- Negotiate with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive terms
- Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor
- Identify cross-sell and growth opportunities
- Mentor junior team members (for senior-level applicants)
- Tier 2 qualification (Tier 1 preferred or highly regarded)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in broking or
