
Strategic Account Growth Manager

As a seasoned professional in account management and sales within the IT industry, you will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and grow existing key accounts within assigned sectors with responsibility for growing solution install base and identifying potential opportunities.
- Manage strategic relationships at all levels for greater customer reach, especially executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Develop annual account plans for assigned accounts and create engagement coverage plans.
- Play a crucial role in complex deals and decision-making processes, acting as a trusted advisor to customers on best practices and solutions to address their IT and cybersecurity goals.
- Prepare and deliver effective client presentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Achieve accurate forecasting of weekly, monthly, and quarterly status and results in assigned accounts, meeting expected revenue targets per month and quarter.
- Maintain a minimum pipeline of three times the assigned revenue quota for the quarter.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and manage product and solutions presentations across all levels of the organization.
- Established network of mid-to-senior level connections in key accounts.
- Proven sales experience with exceeding quota sales achievements.
- Ideal candidate has 5-8 years of relevant experience in account management and sales within the IT industry.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the sales cycle, such as MEDDPICC, highly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of sales achievements and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and routing and switching products is highly preferred.
