Deputy Manager

You will be responsible for driving team performance, employee retention, and efficiency across assigned geographies, employees, and sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate geography to team members and work closely with them on mapping.
  • Audit and review area mapping progress regularly and share reports with superiors.
  • Manage relationships with all sources in the assigned area.
  • Conduct daily joint calls with the team, including source visits and sales calls.
  • Identify and empanel channel partners.
  • Implement and review sales processes, LMS, and dairy functions of team members.
  • Coordinate with credit teams regarding loan applications and update team members.
