Job Title: Transformation Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our team forward, blending deep technical expertise with a passion for innovation. You'll be a key driver in transforming businesses using the latest Microsoft technologies.

The Opportunity

This role involves defining and delivering integrated solutions that empower clients with a modern workplace while building custom applications they need to compete.

About the Role:

  • Drive strategic direction: define and execute the strategy for Modern Work and Application Development practices, fostering a cohesive and integrated approach to client solutions.
  • Lead and manage your team of consultants: provide strategic direction, mentorship, and day-to-day oversight to ensure your team delivers innovative, high-quality solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative environment where consultants are empowered to grow and succeed.
  • Manage practice growth: take ownership of team utilization and performance by monitoring capacity, aligning resources with project demands, and fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Oversee project delivery: guide the design, development, and delivery of solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Lead pre-sales and growth: drive new business through technical pre-sales engagements, including solution architecture, client workshops, and proposal development.
  • Build client relationships: cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Actively engage in key projects: serve as a billable resource for strategic and high-value customer engagements, demonstrating expertise and setting a standard for delivery.

You will be successful if you have:

  • A proven track record of driving business transformation and growth.
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, and emerging technologies like generative AI.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present compelling technical solutions.
  • A strategic and innovative mindset, with a track record of fostering continuous improvement.
