Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Business Transformation to support our technology and cyber portfolios. The successful applicant will work closely with senior leaders and two Associate Directors to align people strategies with business transformation priorities.

Key responsibilities include strategic HR partnering, organisation and capability design, leading change at scale, leadership coaching and performance enablement, delivering fit-for-purpose people solutions, and enterprise influence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex organisational settings, ideally in technology-rich environments. They should have a proven track record of delivering structural change, workforce transition, and culture realignment at scale.

The candidate should also have technical fluency, leadership capability building skills, data and commercial acumen, and a degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business or related discipline.
