Business Partnership Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Partnership Manager to join our national team.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in business partnering, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to connect business strategy to organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with senior stakeholders in a complex environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge, including Australian employment law.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing and empowering others.
  • Expertise in managing cyclical programs, such as promotions, performance reviews, and succession planning.
