Job Title: Strategic Business Development Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to support the growth of our market leading practice groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work with senior stakeholders to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities.
  2. Develop and execute targeted client engagement plans.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in combination with business development experience gained from a professional services environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong project management skills and a pragmatic style.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • High resilience and self-motivation, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
