About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Event Coordinator to join our team.

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing our event calendar 6 months in advance, aligned with our event framework.

This role will involve working across unique event formats, taking full ownership of planning and running events, and driving member engagement before, during, and after events.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience in event planning, hospitality, or community management, and will be highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

A warm, engaging personality with strong communication skills is essential for this role.
