Live Event Experience Manager

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to discuss event ticketing build requirements and time frames.
  • Deliver accurate event builds on time.
  • Provide timely and concise reporting and insights.
  • Build and maintain events within the Ticketing System as well as manage ticketing operations on event days.
  • Manage ticketing operations on event days including troubleshooting, problem-solving and client support throughout the duration of the event.

About You:

Requirements:
  • A passion for live events.
  • Strong client focus and team player attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop new and existing relationships with clients.
  • Understanding or ability to learn ticketing systems and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Client relationship management skills.
  • Ticketing system knowledge.
