Experience Event Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Coordinator to deliver exceptional experiences for customers, prospects, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute event strategies that strengthen our brand, build relationships, and showcase our culture and capabilities.
  • Plan and execute events, including executive roundtables, customer peer groups, and solution-focused workshops.
  • Coordinate logistics, handle venue selection, vendor negotiations, catering, AV setup, travel arrangements, and technical requirements.
  • Lead on-site event execution, managing logistics, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in event coordination, including managing multiple high-profile events simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse teams, clients, and vendors.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset to address challenges as they arise.
Qualifications:
  • A degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • B2B events experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a senior event coordination role or similar experience.
