Client Operations Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Client Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in insurance broking operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting across all aspects of client service, including administration and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance to key internal stakeholders in client service
- Delivering accurate, efficient, and timely Administration & Technical support - such as insurance placement documentation, invoicing, updating computer records and premium funding documentation
- Analysing and working with data to drive business decisions
- Developing effective working relationships with our internal broker network
- Liaising with Underwriters on behalf of the broker network to gain exposure to the wider insurance industry
Requirements:
- Experience in office administration or contact centre environments
- A professional manner and confidence in working in a corporate environment
- A self-starter with a natural drive to achieve goals and targets
- Strong team orientated skills
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
