Job Title: Broker Administrator

The Insurance Administration Support role entails various insurance client service support tasks, including administration and customer service to internal teams and commercial clients.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in general insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
  • Participate in pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
  • Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers
  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service
