The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and experienced ICT Solutions Manager to join our team. In this dual-role position, responsibilities are split between 60% new business development and 40% account management. You will work with existing clients to deepen relationships and introduce new offerings, while also proactively prospecting and onboarding new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business through networking, cold calling, and responding to leads.
  • Promote and sell our suite of solutions, including managed IT services, telecommunication products and services as an Optus Business Dealer, unified communications, connectivity, and advanced networking solutions.
  • Manage and grow a client portfolio, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to unique customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and telecommunications trends.
  • Achieve sales and customer service KPIs.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in ICT or telecommunication sales/account management.
  • Proven ability in both acquiring new business and managing existing client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of managed IT, telecommunications, and networking solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
