Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert agronomic advice and solutions to customers in the horticulture industry
  • Developing and executing business plans and customer management strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Identifying new growth opportunities for existing and new clients
  • Participating in a collaborative team to meet and exceed shared objectives
  • Maintaining an industry network and staying up-to-date with current trends
About You

You will be a motivated, results-driven professional with a keen interest in agricultural production and technology, minimum 4 years' experience as an agronomist with a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.

Demonstrated skills in building strong relationships both internally and externally, strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills, and intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel & PowerPoint + AgWorld (or similar platform).
