Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Value & Access Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in preparing high-quality submissions that ensure timely and strategic delivery of value-based evidence.

This includes preparing and submitting applications to various regulatory bodies, providing reliable payer insights to shape strategy and inform business planning, and contributing to reimbursement feasibility assessments for new products and indications.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve access objectives within the ANZ healthcare system.
  • Liaise with regional and global teams to ensure local access insights inform evidence planning and align with access and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide input into reimbursement and pricing assumptions for financial planning cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit PBAC, MSAC, and PHARMAC applications.
  • Lead market access activities across Brand teams.
  • Contribute to reimbursement feasibility assessments for new products and indications.
  • Monitor evolving reimbursement and policy landscapes in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Represent the company externally with Department of Health, Medicines Australia, and other relevant experts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Biomedical Science, Public Health, Health Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in Value & Access, health economics, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of the ANZ healthcare system and reimbursement processes.
  • Proven ability to write high-quality HTA submissions with clear, evidence-based value propositions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and matrix environments.
