The Market Access team is responsible for understanding and satisfying market access, policy, funding, and advocacy requirements worldwide. They conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for reimbursement and funding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic market access plans aligned with long-term business objectives.
  • Design and deliver value communications to inform decision-making and enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with Regional Access teams to establish evidence needs, construct strategies for optimising reimbursement, and product positioning.
  • Establish relationships between our company and government entities while developing programs and activities to support this work.
Requirements
  • Education and experience in a relevant field such as Health Technology Assessment, Health Policy, Value-Based Access programs, Health Economics, and Tendering.
  • Knowledge of market access for pharmaceutical or medical devices, with experience in the diabetes field preferred.
  • Ability to create and execute strategic market access plans, design and deliver value communications, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
