The Strategic Access Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality submissions to key healthcare committees, ensuring timely and aligned content that supports strategic objectives.
This position acts as the lead on cross-functional teams, providing actionable insights to inform business planning and drive strategy. Key responsibilities include submission preparation, serving as market access lead, contributing to reimbursement feasibility assessments, monitoring the reimbursement landscape, collaborating with regional and global teams, and reporting any adverse events.
- Submission Preparation: Develop clear, evidence-based content with accountability for quality, alignment, and delivery timelines.
- Market Access Lead: Deliver reliable access and payer insights to shape strategy and inform business planning.
- Reimbursement Feasibility Assessments: Contribute to assessments for new products/indications to support portfolio prioritization and resource allocation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, or Business Administration.
- Experience in Value & Access, health economics, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with the ANZ healthcare system and reimbursement processes.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and matrix environments.
