Job Overview:

This role involves providing scheduling support to the delivery teams, ensuring that client projects and programs are appropriately scheduled with efficient resource allocation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contemporary scheduling systems and be able to develop and administer schedules to coordinate construction and delivery of multiple projects/programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed schedules that support the delivery of programs in collaboration with the delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with Apprentice Supervisors and the Apprenticeship team to schedule apprentices to appropriate projects/maintenance tasks.
  • Consult and coordinate with Delivery teams and other stakeholders to resolve resourcing issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Scheduling Experience: Utilise contemporary scheduling systems to develop and administer schedules.
  • Microsoft Project Professional, Project Web App (or equivalent).

Additional Requirements:

  • Relevant project management or construction management experience.
