Customer Communication and Marketing Manager
Our team is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead customer communication initiatives and support high-profile retail insurance projects. This role requires strong experience in managing customer communications, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering integrated customer communications across multiple channels, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and reviewing and auditing existing customer communication journeys to identify opportunities for improvement. They will also be able to apply customer insights and data to develop engaging communications that drive understanding and improve customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering integrated customer communications campaignsacross multiple channels, including email, social media, and web-based platforms
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including product, compliance, customer experience, operations, and distribution teams, to ensure accurate, timely, and customer-focused messaging
- Managing communications delivery timelines, approvals, budgets, and reportingto ensure high-quality execution and compliance with brand and regulatory requirements
- Reviewing and auditing existing customer communication journeysto identify opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance clarity, engagement, and customer experience
- Applying customer insights and datato develop engaging communications that drive understanding and improve customer experience
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Experience in a Customer Marketing or Communications Manager role, preferably within the life insurance industry
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, confident in engaging, influencing, and aligning diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyand deliver to tight deadlines
- Strong creative judgment and ability to translate complex information into clear, customer-friendly messaging
