Engagement Manager Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Engagement Manager to drive customer success and satisfaction across our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales counterparts to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for new services and articulate the business value to customers.
  • Manage engagement scope, requirements, time, cost, and benefits through effective consulting and project management.
  • Drive resolution of delivery challenges and address resource contentions through proactive issue resolution.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality professional services and training engagements that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Senior Customer-Facing Experience

The successful Engagement Manager will have a strong background in senior customer-facing roles, with experience working with customers to realise business value through production implementations. They will possess a proven ability to influence, validate, negotiate, understand, and execute complex customer relationships.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Domain knowledge and experience working with data and AI customers.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executives and other stakeholders.
