Strategic Customer Engagement Lead

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Engagement Lead to join our vibrant and passionate team in our Hygiene division.
This role involves managing an assigned customer base across our Hygiene division, achieving sales quotas, retention, and revenue targets, and building effective relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate must possess:
- Previous experience in a similar business development role
- Strong account management skills
- Ability to balance field activity whilst managing client timelines
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Versatility to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Good attention to detail
