Overview

The Community Engagement Lead (Business Development | NDIS Services) role at United for Care focuses on growing services and strengthening community connections. United for Care empowers people with disability to live independently and thrive in their communities. We provide a range of NDIS services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) in modern apartment-style homes, in-home support, and Community participation programs. Location: Sydney, NSW.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with NDIS professionals & Support Coordinators, Allied Health Professionals, Mental Health Units, and other key stakeholders
  • Generate leads through cold and warm outreach
  • Identify new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, service expansion locations, and emerging industry trends
  • Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs
  • Represent United for Care at industry events and expos
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the NDIS and relevant funding models
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support sales and promotional initiatives
About You
  • Proven success in sales or business development, preferably in Health or Human Services
  • Knowledge of the NDIS Scheme and Disability Services
  • Motivated to pursue new business opportunities and make a meaningful impact
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including experience in cold calling
  • Valid Driver's Licence and own vehicle
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing highly desirable
