Looking for a career shift in the insurance industry?

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service role with a leading Australian insurance brand based in Sydney's CBD.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large organisation offering exciting career pathways, working Monday to Friday, no weekends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general inquiries including policy details and amendments
  • Have consultative conversations and provide first call resolutions
  • Provide an exceptional service experience in each and every call
  • Work towards weekly KPIs and maintain an updated database

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated inbound customer service experience
  • Previous experience in Insurance/ Banking/ Finance is desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to understand complex policies and navigate multiple systems at once
  • Effective questioning & active listening skills are essential
  • A can-do positive attitude and a strong customer focus is key
