Role Overview

About the Position

This is a full-time administrative role that involves providing excellent support, reception duties, and accounts assistance to a business. You will be responsible for answering and managing incoming phone calls and emails.

Greeting and assisting customers at the front desk is also part of your duties.

Additionally, you will be booking and scheduling service calls & installations, requesting quotes & ordering spare parts, preparing sales orders/invoices, taking deposits/payments, assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes.

You will provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering and managing incoming phone calls and emails

Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist role is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Excellent organisational and time management abilities are necessary.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and MYOB accounting software is required.

A positive, customer-focused attitude is necessary.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
