Disability Support Role

We're seeking a skilled Community Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a dedicated professional, you will empower individuals with disabilities to live an independent and holistic life.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide everyday assistance with daily living tasks, enabling customers to maintain their independence.
  • Support personal care and hygiene needs, promoting dignity and respect.
  • Accompany customers to activities outside the home environment, fostering social connections.
  • Assist with medication compliance, ensuring accurate dispensing and administration.
  • Prepare meals and assist with mealtime routines, promoting healthy eating habits.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Certificate III in Individual Support qualification.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance.
  • At least one year of experience as a Disability Support Worker.
  • Current NDIS Clearance, First Aid certification, CPR certification, and National police clearance (or willingness to obtain).
