Disability Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Sage Services Group. We specialise in supporting individuals with mental health needs and complex behaviours, helping them to live fulfilling, independent lives.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and assistance with daily living activities, community participation, and individualised support plans. You will play an important role in empowering participants to achieve their goals and live life on their terms.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current National Police Check
  • A valid Working With Children Check
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • A valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

  • Experience in mental health or disability support (desirable, but not essential)
