Community Support Role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to provide individualised, local support that empowers people to have meaningful relationships and connections.

As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support in everyday daily activities around the home, including assistance with hygiene and personal care. You will also assist clients with medication compliance and provide meal assistance when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in everyday daily activities around the home
  • Assist with hygiene and personal care
  • Medication compliance and dispensation of prescription medication
  • Meal assistance and preparation
Requirements:
  1. A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability
  2. At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
  3. NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
  4. Clear English verbal and written skills required
