Empowering Lives: Disability Support Worker Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our experienced and supportive team, delivering care in a participant's home. This role involves working with clients who require assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal care, domestic tasks, and social participation.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Disability or equivalent, current First Aid & CPR certification, and an NDIS Worker Screening Check. Additionally, they should have a minimum of 12 months of direct or lived experience in disability support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and hygiene support
  • Assisting with domestic tasks to maintain a safe, clean home environment
  • Supporting social and community participation
  • Preparing meals and assisting with nutritional needs
  • Assisting with mobility (Sara Stedy transfers)
  • Medication administration support
